About Me
I’m Jaisha Evans—a therapist, educator, and someone who believes deeply in the power of connection to heal and transform. Whether I’m working one-on-one in therapy, teaching in a classroom, or leading a retreat, my goal is always the same: to create safe, grounded spaces where people can come home to themselves.
My work centers around helping couples and individuals reconnect with their inner voice, their bodies, and the people they care about most. Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or like they’ve lost themselves in the noise of life. Together, we slow things down, make sense of what’s happening underneath the surface, and gently move toward clarity, self-trust, and lasting change.
I draw from evidence-based approaches like Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and somatic work, but I also lead with compassion, intuition, and deep respect for your story. I’ve seen that true healing doesn’t come from trying to “fix” yourself—it comes from learning to understand, accept, and care for the parts of you that have been doing their best to cope.
Outside of therapy, I’m a mom of three, which means my life is full of noise, laughter, and a constant search for balance. I understand what it feels like to carry a lot—to want to show up well for others while trying to care for yourself at the same time. I know how heavy the weight of expectations and self-doubt can feel, and I’m here to remind you that you’re not alone.
If you’re ready to reconnect—with yourself, your relationships, and what truly matters—I’d be honored to walk with you.
